People need to pay rent, buy food and all so often because of low wages, do not have savings to depend upon.
Hence, I added my support to this open letter calling on Wetherspoons Boss, Tim Martin, to properly pay laid-off staff.
I am delighted to hear that Wetherspoons has u-turned on this issue after courageous Bakers Food and Allied Workers Union – BFAWUmembers organised opposition.
