The Government has continually ignored calls for steps to ensure there is not a repeat of the Grenfell tragedy. Last week during the Fire Safety Bill debate, I called on the Government to take responsibility for the lack of regulation that still puts constituents of Poplar and Limehouse at risk, more than 3 years since the tragedy.
